Metajna is a village in Croatia, in the municipality of Novalja, with a population of 236. It is located in the Bay of Pag on the island of Pag.

Pag Island is easily accessible. From Zadar, it's an easy 30-minute drive across the causeway to Pag Town at the southern end. There are also several buses a day.
